While I didn’t need customer service, I did have questions before I purchased, and they were answered promptly with full explanations. Also, the seller was able to save money in shipping, and refunded a portion of my purchase price. Unbelievable! The lamp is adorable, was received well packaged and will make a perfect addition to my Halloween decorations. Highly recommend!
